On the morning of February 20th, Associate Pro-Vice Chancellor Stuart Bearhop and Head of International Partnerships Rachel Jones from the University of Exeter in the UK visited the Bay Area International Business School (BIBS). Dean Kong Ying of BIBS, along with three teachers, participated in the meeting. They discussed enhancing collaboration between the two institutions, forming partnerships for degree programs, and negotiating other related matters.
Kong Ying extended a warm welcome to Stuart Bearhop and his delegation. He also provided a detailed overview of the school and expressed the hope that both sides could expand their areas of cooperation and advance educational partnership, thereby providing a better international exchange platform for students in the BIBS.
It is reported that the University of Exeter’s academic strengths lie in disciplines covering MBA, Accounting and Finance, Financial Economics, as well as Financial Analysis and Fund Management, which align well with the disciplines offered at the BIBS.
Stuart Bearhop expressed gratitude for the warm reception from the teachers at the business school. He pointed out that the University of Exeter will continuously explore new areas of cooperation, diversify collaboration styles, and enhance cooperation with the BIBS in the future.
