Professional Experience:
Wang Zheng, Ph.D., is a graduate of Peking University and a Visiting Scholar at Harvard China Project. He is currently an Associate Researcher (Young Talent) at the Bay Area International Business School, Beijing Normal University (Bay Area), and also holds a position as a Visiting Researcher at the Harvard School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (SEAS). He has published numerous academic papers in internationally renowned journals such as Renewable & Sustainable Energy Reviews, Resources, Conservation & Recycling, and Ecological Indicators. In addition, he serves as an anonymous reviewer for journals such as Renewable & Sustainable Energy Reviews, PNAS, and Nature Energy.
Wang Zheng's main research fields include the low-carbon economy, environmental and energy technology management and policy, decarbonization of the power sector, socio-economic impacts of energy transition, and the application of low-carbon energy geography.
