BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Angela J. Xuis an associate professorinmanagementat Bay Area International Business School, Beijing Normal University. Before that, she worked as an associate professorinmanagementat Management School, Jinan University. Her research interests include leadership, proactive work behaviors, human resource management, employee well-being and work-family issues. Her work has appeared injournals such as Journal of Applied Psychology (FT50)、Human Resource Management (FT50)、Journal of Business Ethics (FT50)、Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology (ABS4)、British Journal of Management (ABS4)、Journal of Service Research (ABS4).
Research interests: leadership, proactive work behaviors, human resource management, employee well-being and work-family issues.
