个人简介
北京师范大学湾区国际商学院教授，博士后合作导师，管理学博士（吉林大学），武汉大学与英国诺森比亚大学双硕士，中山大学管理学院访问学者。担任期刊《International Journal of Hospitality Management》(ABS3) 、《Studies in Higher Education》(ABS3)等多本国际知名期刊审稿专家。近年来在《Tourism Management》《International Journal of Management Education》等SSCI期刊及《科技进步与对策》《社会科学战线》等CSSCI期刊发表多篇论文，并出版创业研究学术专著一部。教学方面，承担《组织行为学》、《组织设计》、《团队管理》、《领导科学》以及《组织与管理研究方法》等课程。
主要研究领域：聚焦创新创业管理、组织行为和人力资源管理等领域；擅长运用动态结构方程模型（DSEM）、随机截距交叉滞后模型（RI-CLPM）, 跨层次结构方程模型（MSEM）等前沿研究方法。
