陈映辉分别于2002年、2009年和2015年获得东南大学经济学学士、北京大学经济学硕士、香港大学金融学硕士和香港中文大学经济学博士学位。曾任中南财经政法大学会计学院副教授、硕导、国际教育中心中法项目主任。近年以第一作者或通讯作者身份在Journal of Corporate Finance、International Review of Economics & Finance、Research in International Business and Finance、International Review of Finance等SSCI期刊及《经济研究》、《金融研究》等CSSCI期刊发表论文。担任过International Review of Economics & Finance、Research in International Business and Finance、International Journal of Finance & Economics、《经济研究》、《贵州财经大学学报》等国内外期刊的匿名评审。
主要研究方向：公司金融、公司治理、金融经济学。
