白波,北京大学理学博士,哈佛大学联合培养博士,北京市优秀毕业生。现任北京师范大学湾区国际商学院特聘副研究员。主要研究领域包括低碳经济与金融,电力部门与交通部门的低碳化发展,能源转型的社会经济影响等,于 Renewable & Sustainable Energy Reviews, Energy,eTransportation 等期刊发表多篇学术论文,担任 Energy , Energy Conversion and Management, Science of the Total Environment 等期刊的匿名审稿人。
