个人简介：

董育森2018年于南京大学取得管理学硕士学位，随后2023年在上海交通大学（与中欧国际工商学院联合培养的博士项目）取得管理学博士学位。在博士期间，受国家留学基金委的资助作为访问博士生在新加坡国立大学商学院学术交流一年。

主要研究领域：战略管理和国际商务，聚焦于本土企业和跨国企业的非市场战略（包括ESG和企业社会责任等）和组织间的溢出效应。

教育背景 ：
