本科与硕士就读于上海交通大学安泰经济与管理学院,于澳门大学获管理哲学博士学位。曾任暨南大学管理学院副教授、硕导、人力资源管理教研室主任。主要研究方向为领导力、主动工作行为、人力资源管理、员工身心健康及工作-家庭关系,围绕这些话题在 Journal of Applied Psychology (FT50)、Human Resource Management (FT50)、Journal of Business Ethics (FT50)、Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology (ABS4)、British Journal of Management (ABS4)、Journal of Service Research (ABS4) 等SSCI期刊与《心理科学进展》、《管理学报》等CSSCI期刊发表学术论文20余篇;谷歌引用率为1680次,h指数15,i10指数17;在国内外管理学及心理学会议口头报告论文30余篇;近5年主持国家级项目2项、省部级项目4项,参与2项国家级及多项省部级项目。与此同时,担任20余本SSCI及国内同行评审期刊的匿名审稿人,并于2022年起担任Human Resource Management (FT50)的特刊副编辑、Applied Psychology: An International Review (ABS3)期刊的编委会成员;多次获美国管理年会AOM最佳评审人、获2023年度《管理工程学报》优秀评审专家。
