摘要：The "Enterprise Design" discipline cluster is an emerging interdisciplinary field developed on the foundation of new theories and methodologies such as New Paradigm Economics, New Paradigm Finance, Business Environment Ecology, and Management Experimentation. It comprises five core disciplines (Business Model Design, Business Process Design, Management Mechanism Design, Organizational Ecology Design, and Corporate Culture Design) and eighteen derivative disciplines (such as Enterprise Interface Design, Enterprise Demand Chain/Supply Chain Design, Enterprise Capital Chain and Cash Flow Design, and Corporate Governance Design). Leveraging an AI-Assisted Design System (AI-CAD), it conducts exquisite "Science + Art" design of an enterprise's operation and management system. Enterprise Design precedes enterprise operations and management. With meticulous upfront design, there is no need for arduous management afterward, thus forming three parallel pillars: Enterprise Design, Enterprise Operations, and Enterprise Management.

Enterprise Design creates distinction. Truly outstanding enterprises stand out distinctly, diverging from conventional paths. Enterprise Design starts from the realities of each enterprise, creating tailoring a management system that is personalized, suitable, and even unique. Therefore, the underlying logic of "Enterprise Design," born in the new era, is fundamentally different from that of traditional management studies.

“企业设计”学科群，是在新范式经济学、新范式金融学、商业环境生态学、管理实验学等新的理论和方法论基础上发展起来的一个新兴学科群，包含五大核心学科（商业模式设计、业务流程设计、管理机制设计、组织生态设计和企业文化设计）及十八门衍生学科（如企业Interface设计，企业需求链/供应链设计、企业资金链与现金流设计、公司治理结构设计等），依托人工智能辅助设计系统（AI-CAD），对企业的经营管理体系进行“科学＋艺术”的精巧设计。企业设计在前，经营和管理在后，事先精巧设计，无须事后辛苦管理，由此形成企业设计、企业经营、企业管理三大并立版块。

企业设计，设计与众不同。真正优秀的企业，一定是鹤立鸡群、与众不同的，不走寻常路。企业设计，从企业实际出发，量身设计，为企业设计出适合自己的、个性化的，甚至是独一无二的经营管理体系。因此，新时代诞生的“企业设计”，底层逻辑和传统管理学截然不同。

个人简介：戴天宇，理学/工学双学士、法学硕士、经济学博士、清华大学工商管理博士后。曾任清华大学深圳研究生院副教授、管理制度设计中心主任、管理场景实验室主任，现为北京大学汇丰商学院副教授。深入田间地头、厂矿车间做学问，创立新范式经济学、新范式金融学和企业设计学，在顶级学术出版社出版《New Paradigm Economics》、《经济学：范式革命》、《新范式经济学》、《西方经济学真相100》、《商业模式的全新设计》、《商业模式基因工程》、《价值链经济学：商业模式本质与设计》、《无为而治：设计自动运行的企业制度》、《从如何管到如何不管：企业自运行机制设计》、《企业乱序流程设计》等著作二十余部。
